whether it is with yourself or a friend, try the new coffee shop downtown and clear your head.

Journaling

WRITE IT DOWN.

It is so refreshing to put it on paper, even when you can't form the words.

READ

Go to the library or cozy book store and find a book. Whether it be self help, romance, or mystery enjoy the quiet time it brings.

Move your body

This can be hard to do but is the most rewarding. Take your furry friend for a walk or log on to an online yoga class.

Music

Find your favorite artist and turn it as loud as you can. Maybe clean while you jam out.

Hello! I am so glad you are here. The Self Love Project started from my Gold Award but since then has became so much more. The world we live in now makes it so hard for young girls to live in and feel comfortable, I wanted to make a safe place for young girls on social media and give them and adults a place to help each other.
