It's ok to say no

If you had a dollar for every time you said no how full would you bank account be? I am just as bad as the next person when it comes to always feeling like I have to say yes.

Why do you always say yes even when your plate is full? is it because you feel like you owe them a favor, or maybe because you don't want to disappoint them? Saying no doesn't make you selfish, it shows that you know when your plate is full. You are self aware of how you are feeling. By saying no you are letting nobody down.

It is not your responsibilities to fix others problems!
